Highly recommend Cafe Awara for authentic Napoletana pizza, brownies and a good cup of coffee. Loved the cute and cozy vibe of the place. Must visit if you're around Sitla, Mukteshwar! Bonus: Handicraft and souvenir shops nearby :)

Hands down to one of the best pizzas ever. The frappes are also one of its kind, made from freshly brewed coffee. Not just the food, the place itself has a very positive and young vibe making it a 10/10. The owner, Nikita, is way too sweet and it was wonderful to have conversations with her while sipping frappe. We ended the meal with a brownie affogato which was way too delicious . This place has definitely been the icing on the cake for our trip to Mukteshwar.

I recently visited this cozy café and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I ordered a pizza and it was absolutely delicious with fresh toppings, and full of flavor. But what truly stood out was the Exotic Himalayan dish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something familiar with a bold, flavorful twist!

Cafe Awara in Mukteshwar isn’t just a café — it’s a feeling. Tucked away in the peaceful village of Sitla, it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you slow down, breathe deep, and smile. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the warmth. Nikita and Surendra have created more than just a café — they’ve built a space that feels like home.

Absolutely loved the experience at this cafe in Sitla! The pizza was exceptional – every ingredient from the veggies to the cheese and base was top-notch. The chef-owner was warm and helpful, happily explaining everything. We also had brownie with ice cream and coffee shots with brownie – both were amazing. Taste and quality across the board were outstanding. Highly recommended!

We went into Cafe Awara expecting decent pizza but I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised at how GREAT it was. The dough was the lightest you can find in a Neapolitan style pizza. The owners were sweet and humble and let our dog into the space as well. We also had good coffee and cheesecake and an amazing evening conversing with the owners - a sweet couple that run every aspect of the business themselves. I would recommend you call them in advance to book a table since it's a small space and I'm sure it'll fill up owing to their amazing food.

Cute little cafe in Shitla, Mukteshwar. Much was written in reviews about their pizzas. It was just ok. Cappuccino and cold coffee was good. Little space to sit inside and a table outside. Don't expect anything too fancy. It's a little, quaint cafe.
